How to find a product
You can find products by using the horizontal navigation bar at the top of the page. Here you can access the various categories and related products. Once you have selected an item you just have to click on the product name to access a full product description. This will include photographs, a detailed description, size chart (where applicable) and the price, together with details of any special offers. We will also provide a link to other products which we feel may be of interest to you.
How to order
Couldn´t be simpler. Just click on the Add to Cart button and your item will be added to your shopping basket. When you click on the cart icon in the upper right hand corner you will see a summary of the content. From here you can review, add and delete products. Once you have added an item you have the option to continue shopping or to go directly to the checkout.
Once you start the payment process, all transactions are carried out via a secure connection which guarantees the security and confidentiality of your financial data.
When you arrive at the checkout you have the option of opening an account or going directly to the Instant Checkout. You can also open a customer account by clicking on the Head icon in the upper right hand corner of the page.
We would advise you to open an account as it will speed up the buying process, give you access to your account details/buying history and information on special offers/promotions. Your personal contact details will be stored and that will save you time and effort when you make your next purchase.
Prices and taxes
All prices are inclusive of Spanish VAT at the current rate. We do our utmost to ensure that the prices shown are correct. In the unlikely event that we spot a pricing error on your order we will contact you to clarify the situation. That may mean we have to request an additional charge or offer an alternative product. If you are not happy with our proposal we will of course refund the purchase price paid.
Delivery charges (where applicable) will be added when you complete the purchase and will be itemized in the shopping cart.
We accept orders from the Spanish Peninsula, all member states of the European Union, Japan and the United States.
We do not accept orders from the Canary Isles or Ceuta and Melilla
We accept payment via VISA, Mastercard and Paypal.
The Company has no access to your financial information during the payment process and does not store any of your financial data such as credit card numbers, PINs etc. All transactions are completed via a Secure Socket Layer connection and meet all the legal requirements for such transactions.
If your chosen payment method is rejected by your bank or the payment platform your order will not be processed.
Delivery times are dictated by the availability of the item(s) selected. If the goods are available from stock, delivery times are as follows:
Spain & Portugal (Mainland) 2-4 working days
Rest of the E. U. & Azores 7-14 days
United States & Japan 7-14 days
These delivery times are approximate and should be viewed as a guideline.
All orders are subject to product availability. Where products are not available we reserve the right to inform you of the situation via e-mail and to offer you alternative products of the same quality and value. If you do not wish to accept the alternatives offered we will, of course, refund any monies paid.

Deliveries to non E.U. countries (UK included) may incur additional customs charges. These will be charged at destination and are the exclusive responsibility of the client.
Current European legislation stipulates that all customers may return goods for whatever reason within 14 days of receipt. Return delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
If the product we send you is defective we will cover the cost of collection and the delivery of a substitute. In all other cases the Customer is responsible for all freight charges arising from changes/returns.

Once we have received notification of your desire to return an item we will organize everything. We will send a messenger to the delivery address indicated in the original order, or to another address provided by you. The return freight charges will be deducted from the amount to be credited as per the following schedule of costs:

Returns from other EU member states, Azores, Japan and the USA are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by the collection/ returns service described above. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit so we recommend insuring the goods for their full value.
The goods should be in perfect condition and in the original packaging (including labels and swing tickets). Any used, soiled, worn (other than briefly to try for size) or excessively handled goods will not be eligible for return or will be subject to a deduction from the reimbursement. Once we have received the goods and checked that they are in perfect condition we will credit the amount of the products (not including freight charges) by the same method used in the original purchase.
Curzon Classics SL will not accept any returned goods on a freight due basis or without prior notification.
